Carrot chips, made with love from  carrotsб apple and quince juice. Carrots contain sugars, protein, fibres, minerals (cobalt, potassium, iron, copper, phosphorus, iodine), ferments, vitamins B₁, B₂, B₆, C, E, K, and pantothenic acid. Carrots are especially rich with nicotinic acid (vitamin PP) and beta-carotene (provitamin A). Quinces are rich with organic acids, sugars, pectins and tannins, iron, copper and vitamin C. Carrots and carrot chips may improve intestinal motility and can therefore be also used to stimulate intestinal activity. The production technology enables to preserve bioactive materials, making this product suitable for children and diets.
