Mint biscuits – moderately aromatic, flavourful handmade delicacies. These biscuits are made with wholemeal flour. Wholemeal wheat flour is a very beneficial product, not only because it is rich in easily absorbed carbohydrates, but especially because of the dietary fibre, vitamins and minerals it contains. Mint gives a special, distinctive flavour and aroma. Scrambled biscuits baked using only real 82% butter and eggs.
Ingredients: wholemeal wheat flour 51,5%, butter, sugar, eggs, baking powder (wheat flour, dough raising agents sodium carbonate, sodium diphosphate), peppermint 1%, iodized salt.
Traces of sesame seeds may be present.
