Directions for use: Use the scrub once a week after taking a shower or during sauna procedures, after the first warm-up, after cooling the body in the shower. Apply the scrub in a circular motion on wet skin, scrub for 3-5 minutes until you feel a pleasant warmth. Rinse with warm water without using any soap.
