Directions for use: Use the scrub once a week after taking a shower or during sauna procedures, after the first warm-up, after cooling the body in the shower. Apply the scrub in a circular motion on wet skin, scrub for 3-5 minutes until you feel a pleasant warmth. Rinse with warm water without using any soap. The scrub will remove dead skin cells and allow new cells to breathe freely: this will give your skin softness and radiance.
TREATMENT RECOMMENDATIONS
For hammam and sauna treatments: The scrub is rubbed into wet, warm skin in circular motion for 3-5 minutes until a pleasant heat is felt. Deep cleansing encourages skin cell regeneration, prevents the sebaceous glands from clogging and forming blackheads. Skin becomes smoother and thinner. Improving blood circulation allows for the other cosmetics to be better absorbed.
The biologically active compounds of birch leaf and bud extract, including birch tar, saponins, flavonoids, minerals, etc., both nourish the skin and restore its natural pH. The scrub detoxifies the skin cells and reduces inflammatory processes thanks to the effects of birch tar and saponins. Saponins lubricate and soften the skin, as well as prevent it from drying out. They do not leave any excess oil on the skin. Sea salt particles in the scrub help to cleanse the skin. It is not recommended to use soap or shower gel after the exfoliating treatment due to their drying and dehydrating qualities that remove the natural protective layer formed by the scrub.
The recommended amount of the scrub mix for one person is 80-90 g.
1 kg yields 10-12 treatments.
Storage: keep in a dark, cool place. Essential oils and other biologically active compounds oxidise and lose their aromatherapeutic properties when kept in direct sunlight!
