Minty Life Tea mix was developed according to Lithuanian traditions of folk medicine and the old sauna culture. This is one of the products, which quickly became popular among our customers.
This tea is made only of Lithuanian raw materials, harvested from wild herb habitats.
While enjoying sauna the bioactive substances in the birch leaf, nettle and peppermint tea help the body get rid of impurities and at the same time keep the balance of minerals, quenches thirst and gives the sense of refreshment.
It can quench your thirst both hot and cold.
Tea making method:
Infusion: Infusions are made in order to achieve a stronger concentration. Heat 2 tablespoons of herbs and a glass of hot water for 15 min. in a basin with water (put the vessel in boiling water). Leave to cool down for 30 minutes and filter. If needed, dilute the infusion with boiled water before consumption.
